Welcome to the Fall Softball 2024 Registration!

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account information available.  Following the completion of this registration, you will see a charge on your account from East Ridge Parks and Rec.

Fall Softball Information

East Ridge Parks and Recreation is offering another season of rec softball for girls 5 through 16. The Fall Season is when kids age up and what they play this Fall is what they will play in Spring of '25. We participate in the Scenic City Softball league with other recs from the North GA and Chattanooga area. Registration will open July 5 and run through August 18. You will receive a T-Shirt, Visor, and D-Bat Partnership in the registration. You should hear from a coach by no later than August 20. For additional information please see below.

 

  • Age as of Jan.1st, 2025 is the age in which you will play.
  • Ages offered: 5/6, 7/8, 9/10, 11/13, and 13/16.
  • Season: September 3 - October 22.
  • EOS Tournament: October 25-27. Location TBA.
  • Cost $85.00. Includes: T-Shirt, Visor, and D-Bat Partnership.

Softball players need cleats, a belt, glove, helmet w/facemask, bat, faceguard (for players while in the field).

 

Practice will start around the week of August 19. Practice times are in the evenings at 6:00 or 7:30pm. Practice times are chosen by the coaches. This will also be game times. Once season has started, Wednesday nights will be the only night we have open for practice.

Softball teams will play around 10-12 games for the fall season.  We will also play teams from around the Chattanooga area, not just at Camp Jordan.

Family Discount

If you are registering more than two players in your family, you will receive a $10 discount on the 3rd child's registration fee and $20 discount on the 4th child's registration fee. In order for the registration system to recognize that you are registering multiple players, please register all of your players at this time. On the Review Page, there is a link near the bottom to "Register Another Player" - please click on this link to ensure that all of your players are registered within the same order.
